Ashiatsu
Ashiatsu (ashi-foot / atsu-pressure) is an ancient barefoot massage technique, originated from India. The therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage, where deep pressure can be achieved without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. Choose from Eastern Traditional (received fully clothed) or Effleurage (received unclothed with traditional draping).

Pediatric Massage
For ages 17 and under. Keep our youth in prime condition, and introduce them to the importance of self-care and bodywork. Tailor the session to the current needs or activities of the child, and empower them to continue to move well and pain-free for years to come.

Prenatal Massage
Nourish and nurture your changing body with a therapeutic or soothing prenatal massage from one of our skilled prenatal specialists. Our prenatal table provides full support for the belly so you can receive massage in a traditional position, giving you the ability to truly relax and tend to the symptoms of growing a new life.

Fountain of Youth
This luxury two-hour body treatment will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Your journey begins with a body butter polish and hydration wrap. You are then cocooned in our infrared sauna blanket and will relax as you enjoy a rejuvenating scalp massage. A warm hydrotherapy shower awaits you, before you return to the massage table for a customized full-body massage.

Deep Heat Treatment
The ideal treatment for when your body has been feeling sluggish. Spend 30 minutes wrapped in our infrared sauna blanket, detoxifying your body, delivering fresh nutrients to muscles, and boosting your metabolic rate. As you relax into the soothing and stimulating heat, your therapist can provide a neck and shoulders massage, give you a hydrating scalp treatment, or aid you with water and a cool cloth. You then have access to our hydrotherapy shower while your therapist resets the table so you can enjoy your customized massage for the remainder of your session.
